    whether you gave birth 3 months or 3 years ago, it's never too late to rebuild. we work with new mothers at all stages of recovery, including those with c-section recovery needs, diastasis recti, pelvic floor issues like incontinence or prolapse, and anyone who simply wants to feel strong and capable in their body again.

    our coaches have specific training in postnatal fitness, including diastasis recti assessment, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and c-section recovery protocols. we understand that postpartum recovery isn't linear — some days you'll feel strong, others you'll be running on no sleep. we create a judgement-free space where you can show up as you are.

    Pelvic Power — our signature 8-week programme for pelvic floor and deep core rehabilitation. small groups (max 8), progressive exercises, and education about your body. as a certified prevention course, your German Krankenkasse may reimburse 75-100% of the €170 cost. learn more →

    Krankenkasse reimbursement

    our Pelvic Power programme is certified as a prevention course (§20 SGB V). most German health insurers including TK, AOK, Barmer, DAK, and Debeka reimburse 75-100% of the course fee. after completing at least 7 of 8 sessions, you receive a certificate to submit to your insurer.

    frequently asked questions

    how soon after giving birth can i start training?

    we recommend waiting 6-8 weeks after vaginal birth and 10-12 weeks after c-section, with clearance from your doctor or midwife. however, every recovery is different.

    can i bring my baby to sessions?

    yes! for personal training sessions, babies are welcome. we have space for a pram or carrier, and we understand that feeding and soothing are part of the process.

    i have diastasis recti. can you help?

    absolutely. our coaches are trained in addressing diastasis recti (abdominal separation). we'll assess your situation and create a programme that helps close the gap safely.

    what is Pelvic Power and is it covered by insurance?

    Pelvic Power is our 8-week pelvic floor and core rehabilitation programme. it's certified as a prevention course, meaning your German Krankenkasse may reimburse 75-100% of the cost.
