whether you gave birth 3 months or 3 years ago, it's never too late to rebuild. we work with new mothers at all stages of recovery, including those with c-section recovery needs, diastasis recti, pelvic floor issues like incontinence or prolapse, and anyone who simply wants to feel strong and capable in their body again.
our coaches have specific training in postnatal fitness, including diastasis recti assessment, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and c-section recovery protocols. we understand that postpartum recovery isn't linear — some days you'll feel strong, others you'll be running on no sleep. we create a judgement-free space where you can show up as you are.
our postpartum programmes
Pelvic Power — our signature 8-week programme for pelvic floor and deep core rehabilitation. small groups (max 8), progressive exercises, and education about your body. as a certified prevention course, your German Krankenkasse may reimburse 75-100% of the €170 cost. learn more →
personal training — one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific recovery needs. we assess diastasis recti, pelvic floor function, and overall strength, then create a programme that progresses safely. babies are welcome to join. learn more →
gentle return to group classes — once your foundation is rebuilt, you can join our Mobility & Posture classes — low-impact sessions focused on flexibility, alignment, and controlled movement. explore classes →
Krankenkasse reimbursement
our Pelvic Power programme is certified as a prevention course (§20 SGB V). most German health insurers including TK, AOK, Barmer, DAK, and Debeka reimburse 75-100% of the course fee. after completing at least 7 of 8 sessions, you receive a certificate to submit to your insurer.
