whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, our programmes adapt to your level. we train women of all ages, body types, and fitness histories.
if you've felt uncomfortable or unwelcome in traditional gyms, you'll find a different experience here. no mirrors on every wall, no judgement, no pressure. our coaches are certified in prenatal and postnatal training, and we offer specialised programmes like Pelvic Power for pelvic floor rehabilitation.
many of our members came to us wanting to lift weights but not knowing where to start. we specialise in teaching proper form and building confidence with strength training.
what you'll do
personal training — one-on-one or small group sessions (up to 4) designed around your goals. whether you're recovering from injury, building strength for the first time, or training for a specific sport, your coach creates a personalised programme that evolves with you. learn more →
group classes — small group classes (max 10 people) in three formats: Mobility & Posture for flexibility, Play Strong for athletic performance, and HIIT & Functional Strength for endurance. every class is scalable to your level. explore classes →
specialised programmes — our 8-week Pelvic Power programme focuses on pelvic floor strength and core stability. it's certified as a prevention course, meaning your German health insurance (Krankenkasse) may reimburse 75-100% of the cost.
